Our primary services are based on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). These are Cloudora Public Cloud, where we will set up a virtual data center built on our shared infrastructure with AMD EPYC processors running at 3.1 GHz, and Cloudora Private Cloud, where server guests with computing power are fully dedicated just for you. You can use our Cloudora Cloud Storage (STaaS) for these services or even as a standalone service. We have also prepared the Cloudora Cloud GPU service (GPUaaS) where you can take advantage of the high performance of GPUs on an hourly basis, service Cloudora Cloud Desktop and service Nextcloud Hub for online collaboration.

We guarantee 99.99% availability on all of our services. For information on how availability is measured and what failure to meet it would mean, please see our Public Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).

For each customer, we provide connectivity to the public internet at a level of 1000/1000 Mbps for all services, which is distributed from a shared data connection within our optical network with a total switching capacity of 640 Gbps. We do not apply a data transfer limit (“FUP”) to any data tariff. The network is also secured with protection against DDoS attacks. All data routes, from the forwarding interface of our network operator to the end servers themselves, are provided redundantly, which eliminates the risk of failure on the entire data route. This is necessary in order to be able to meet our guaranteed SLAs.

We operate from the Prague data center, located in Czech Republic. The data centre has modern elements and security, such as backup power circuits using a cascade of UPS and independent diesel generators. The data halls and their cooling are provided by air conditioning units in N+1 configuration. The actual supervision of the technologies and security against unauthorized intrusion is taken care of by a control room, which is present 24/7.

Each service is invoiced. In the case of Cloudora Public Cloud and Cloudora Cloud GPU, you can choose whether you want to pay for resources in the so-called allocation model, i.e. fixed for a clearly defined volume of resources, or in the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model, where you pay only for the actual resources consumed in each calendar month. For Cloudora Private Cloud, you can only be charged in the allocation model.

No commitment is required for Cloudora Public Cloud, Cloudora Cloud Desktop, Nextcloud Hub, Cloudora Cloud Storage or Cloudora Cloud GPU and a 30-day notice period applies (no notice period applies for Pay-As-You-Go). The exception will be if you choose annual billing. In the case of Cloudora Private Cloud, a time commitment is required, with the usual contract length being 36 months. However, the length can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Whether it’s Cloudora Public Cloud, Cloudora Private Cloud, Cloudora Cloud GPU or Cloudora Cloud Desktop, everything can be managed from one common administration interface accessible via a web browser. So within your customer account, you can see your virtual data centres, whether they are on a shared or private solution, under one interface. The administration interface is simple yet effective and offers functionalities such as managing and registering your company’s technical contacts and their roles or permissions, managing the virtual servers themselves, a web console for the ability to connect with a virtual screen and keyboard to your VMs, uploading custom installation .ISO files, creating unlimited snapshots or managing all backup operations, and much more.

With Cloudora Public Cloud and Cloudora Private Cloud, you can run virtual servers based on GNU/Linux, Unix, or Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. In the case of the Cloudora Cloud Desktop service, this service is operated exclusively on the Microsoft Windows Server operating system with a graphical interface (GUI). As a Microsoft partner, we can provide these licenses for products such as Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows Remote Desktop Services or Microsoft Office. Alternatively, you can bring your own (BYOL) if you plan to use our private cloud solution.

Yes. We provide technical support for all of our services, which you can contact at [email protected]. You can submit your requests and all communications you have with our support, as well as back through the web interface of our ticketing system, which you will be given access to.
